With over 27 years of experience in Costa Rica and the United States, Cristian Rojas is a highly skilled Project Manager specializing in real estate developments, public and private road design, and has extensive knowledge of heavy machinery, storm drainage systems, potable water collection (gravity-fed or pump systems), and well construction.
He has vast experience in new construction projects, architectural and topographical design, contour mapping, and general renovations. Additionally, he is an expert in real estate sales, handling large properties, farms, lots, houses, and more. With an in-depth understanding of the Costa Rican and local market, Cristian conducts thorough research and due diligence to ensure secure and profitable investments.
Throughout his career, he has successfully led a wide range of projects, from residential developments to large-scale renovations, consistently delivering outstanding results on time and within budget.
